International Commercial and Industrial Arbitration Association (ARICI)

ARICI is an international and non governmental association (NGO) founded in 1980 by international businessmen, judges and lawyers.

ARICI set up Geneva's International Commercial and Industrial Arbitration Court / "Cour pour l'Arbitrage International en matière de Commerce et d'Industrie" (CARICI).
 


Activities

CARICI arbitrates disputes in any field of international business endeavor, e.g. import-export transactions, insurance schemes, financial agreements, contracts of carriage, construction projects, industrial joint-ventures, etc.

These disputes can concern public or private corporations as well as sovereign States.

CARICI has developed an international network of qualified arbitrators and experts, comprising leading personalities from all over the world, who are able to settle international disputes rapidly through conciliation, mediation or arbitration.
